Head Trainer

Kathy has been with Refuel since it originated in 2013 and started training when the 24/7 Fitness center opened. Not only is she our head trainer but also a Group Fitness and Kid Fit Instructor. Her experience and passion for fitness helps her clients work to become the best versions of themselves.

 

She works with all levels of fitness and can help you with weight management, weight loss and nutrition. Anywhere from cardiovascular training and conditioning to toning and muscular development. Kathy will be there to ensure you have proper form and technique while building your endurance, agility, and flexibility.
